Ainsley is an Early Childhood Teacher, who graduated with a Bachelor of Early Childhood and Primary Education in 2019. 

Ainsley is The Kinder Garden Menai’s educational leader and currently a Gumnut educator. She has worked across all age groups and has loved each of them for a range of reasons! Each time she has worked in a new room she has thought “this is definitely my favourite age group” but is currently loving being apart of the 4-5 year age group preparing the children for big school.

Ainsley thrives off seeing the growth and development of the children in her care and looks forward to coming to work each day to help the children reach their full potential. 

Ainsley strongly believes in the value of play based learning as it not only promotes language, creative, social and emotional skills but also assists in developing children’s confidence white building a positive attitude towards learning – which she believes is most important!
